What to expect?
1. Discovery Meeting (~30 min)
This session is designed for us to get to know each other, discuss the sleep issues you're facing, and determine the areas where you seek expert advice. If you're uncertain about which package suits your needs, I'll guide you.
2. Completing a 'Questionnaire' and 'Sleep Diary' (for 5-7 days)
These are two essential tools that give me a comprehensive understanding of your child's sleep patterns. I'll walk you through them in detail during our discovery meeting, explaining how they'll help shape a successful strategy and action plan.
3. Defining Your Goals (~30 min)
During this conversation, we'll assess the feasibility of the goals you've set. If there's a gap between your expectations and your child's needs, we'll determine what we can realistically achieve.
4. Scheduling the Sleep Consultation
We'll find a suitable time slot for the sleep consultation, which will last between 1.5 and 2 hours.
5. Making Payment for Your Chosen Service
Payment can be made via credit or debit card, according to the service package you've chosen: Good Start', 'Care', or 'Care+'.
6. Sleep Consultation (between 1.5 - 2 hours)
As a dedicated child sleep consultant, I'm here to walk this journey with you. Together, we'll address your child's sleep challenges via an online video call. Each consultation lasts between 1.5 to 2 hours - a substantial window that allows us to fully understand your child's sleep patterns and any related difficulties. I will share with you personalized guidance and evidence-based strategies to solve any challenge you are facing.
7. Follow-up
If you choose the 'Care' or 'Care+' packages, you'll receive a level of service that extends beyond the initial consultation. I believe in offering ongoing support to ensure you're not alone in this journey. With these packages, I'll be there to monitor your child's progress, adjust our sleep strategies as needed, and handle any new sleep-related challenges that may arise. Through regular check-ins and progress assessments, I can ensure that our tailored plan remains effective and suitable for your child's evolving needs. My goal is to help you feel empowered and confident in guiding your child towards healthier sleep habits.
