3. Fill Out a Sleep Questionnaire and/or a Sleep Diary (If Necessary)
Sometimes, we might need to delve a bit deeper. If your case calls for it, I may ask you to fill out a sleep questionnaire or maintain a sleep diary using a simple template I'll provide. This additional data gives me a fuller picture of your child's sleep routine and helps me fine-tune my recommendations.
